On June 20, the A400 Group gathered for Teambuilding 2026, an event dedicated to people, socializing, and strengthening relationships between teams.

Under the motto “The game is won as a team”, employees from A400, Noreon and Buildgest shared a day away from the usual routine, with activities designed to promote interaction, collaboration and, above all, great moments together.

Starting by getting to know those by our side better

The day began with a human bingo, an activity that challenged participants to move around, talk, and discover different characteristics and experiences of their colleagues.

It was also in this first moment that we revisited the HEROES values and the A400 culture, relating them to what happens when different people, experiences, and ways of thinking meet in the same team.

No formal presentations: the goal was to create a starting point for the day through interaction among everyone.

A Monopoly on a team scale

After the bingo, the main challenge of Teambuilding 2026 arrived: a giant Monopoly, transformed into a team experience with different trials and interactions throughout the game.

Between strategy, competition, and lots of fun, the teams had to collaborate to move forward, make decisions, and respond to different challenges.

More than just finishing first, the activity created an opportunity to bring together people who do not always work directly with one another and to reinforce the bonds between the different companies of the A400 Group.

A day made of teams, challenges, and many moments to remember.
