The rehabilitation of the former Porto Slaughterhouse is a benchmark for the positive impact of sustainable rehabilitation in buildings. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a76e60f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a76e60f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">This project aims to obtain LEED certification, with emphasis on achieving GOLD level, which requires meeting various sustainability criteria.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cc2f99f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7cc2f99f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The project incorporated an approach to improve energy, water, and material use efficiency. Through the specification of efficient lighting, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, incorporated into the occupant guidelines. Additionally, the selection of sanitary equipment and other low water consumption devices demonstrates the concern for preserving natural resources.
