The block in Luanda Bay, with a mixed-use programme of offices, retail and parking, comprises four high-standard office towers in a prime location in the city of Luanda and is aimed at the high-end market, on the corner of Avenida 4 de Fevereiro and Rua Amílcar Cabral.
A400 was responsible for the design and development of the structural engineering projects for the four towers of this mixed-use development.
