This commercial development was the first Leroy Merlin retail unit for the sale of DIY, construction, decoration, and garden materials and equipment built in Funchal. Maintaining the concept of the other stores implemented in Portugal, it features a single-story store warehouse, a highly visible storefront, and direct access from the customer parking lot.
The warehouse, technical areas, and loading docks are located to the side of the main areas, with customer support facilities near the entrance and a mezzanine floor housing staff support areas and store offices.
A400 was responsible for the execution of all engineering projects for this first Leroy Merlin retail space in Funchal.
