Lionesa Business Hub is entering a new phase of development, which includes the construction of office buildings, flex living solutions, and extensive green areas, with the Philosophical Garden serving as the project’s central and structuring element.
With an investment of over €50 million, this phase is scheduled for 2026 and 2027, further strengthening Lionesa’s position as a leading business hub.
A400 was responsible for developing all engineering designs, ensuring compliance with the requirements of LEED B+C certification for the office buildings, through an approach focused on efficiency, technical performance, and sustainability.
