This project aims to obtain LEED certification, with emphasis on achieving GOLD level, which requires meeting various sustainability criteria.

The project incorporated an approach to improve energy, water, and material use efficiency. Through the specification of efficient lighting, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, incorporated into the occupant guidelines. Additionally, the selection of sanitary equipment and other low water consumption devices demonstrates the concern for preserving natural resources. Construction materials with environmental product declarations (EPDs) were also prioritized, which contributes to sustainability and reduction of the carbon footprint throughout the life cycle of these materials.
