Bloomia is a multi-family residential condominium located at Belas Clube de Campo, in Sintra, comprising 123 homes with typologies ranging from T1 to T4. Set on a plot of approximately 21,883 m², the development is organised around an existing square and includes two underground levels and three above-ground floors.
The engineering project at Belas Clube de Campo, developed by A400, brings together structures, MEP, acoustics and sustainability in a coordinated solution tailored to the development’s functional and environmental requirements. The reinforced concrete structure is complemented by multi-split air conditioning, hybrid ventilation with acoustic attenuation, KNX automation and infrastructure prepared for electric vehicle charging.
The sustainability strategy follows the requirements of BREEAM certification and includes photovoltaic generation for collective self-consumption, measures to reduce domestic water consumption and irrigation solutions adapted to climatic conditions, enabling a significant reduction in water needs.
Project coordination also includes acoustic solutions designed to exceed national regulatory requirements, aligning energy performance, comfort and system efficiency in an integrated approach to residential engineering.
