The Flower Tower Magnolia is a 21-story residential tower with 108 units ranging from Smart 1-bedroom to 3+1-bedroom Duplex apartments, designed to meet the needs of contemporary families, combining comfort, functionality, and efficiency, just 15 minutes from Porto. The Flower Tower Camellia, the second tower of the VIZTA project in Leça da Palmeira, will also have 21 floors and 133 apartments. Designed by OODA atelier, it stands out for the fusion between contemporary architecture and organic details, creating a unique identity.
Both towers are distinguished by the simplicity and modernity of their architectural lines, with generous balconies, integrated planters, and large glazed openings that enhance natural lighting and sea views. The engineering solutions were developed in an integrated manner, ensuring dimensional efficiency close to 70% and optimized distribution of infrastructure around the technical cores. The peripheral containment of the basements was executed with anchored piles and 5.70-meter prestressed cantilever slabs, ensuring the stability of the excavation perimeter and structural safety during construction.
