“The Ribeira Garden development is located between Praça da Ribeira and Largo de Santos, in Lisbon. This restored 19th-century building offers views of the Tagus River and the garden at Praça D. Luis I. With 37 apartments, ranging from T1 to T4, with areas between 62 and 226 m², the development features a modern, elegant design across its five floors. This corner building has two independent entrances: one facing Praça D. Luis I and the other facing Rua D. Luis I, as well as two commercial spaces.”
This is an urban rehabilitation project focused on restoring the classic façade characteristic of a 19th-century historic building, while the interior structure is entirely new. Through the development of the engineering designs for this project, A400 contributes to the ongoing revitalisation of the city of Lisbon.
