MESACER CERAMICS is an industrial facility dedicated to the production of ceramic household utensils, established in the former APPOLO ceramic tile factory. This project aimed to adapt the existing facilities to new industrial equipment, as well as the entire manufacturing and production process.
This industrial unit, located in the Estarreja Eco Business Park, includes the main building comprising a warehouse, showroom and administrative area. In addition to the main building, there will also be ancillary structures, such as the gatehouse, sectioning substation and boundary walls adjoining the public road.
For this construction project involving the conversion of an industrial building, A400 developed all the engineering designs.
