The A400 PORTO OFFICE, located at the intersection of Rua António Carneiro and Avenida Camilo in Porto, has a construction area of 1,400 m2 and is the result of the rehabilitation of industrial warehouses where the Lionesa Silk Tissue Factory began operating in 1930.
The main challenge of this project for A400 was to design its facilities to function as a smart office building where all services could be easily controlled and managed as a living building, minimizing energy consumption while offering occupants maximum comfort with a wide range of services that make them feel unique while working in a space that meets all their daily requirements.
