Porto Office Park is an exclusive office centre comprising two iconic towers, with 31,473 m² of above-ground area and an 18,885 m² underground car park. The floor plate is developed in a perimeter structure of around 1,794 m², allowing up to four units per floor, and includes spaces such as an auditorium, a club, and a range of cutting-edge technological solutions. It stands out for its sustainable character, offering electric vehicle charging, bicycle parking with changing rooms, and metal elements that ensure solar control and energy efficiency. The building holds BREEAM International New Construction certification with an “Excellent” rating.
The project’s main challenge was to create a smart building capable of managing all services centrally and efficiently, reducing energy consumption without compromising comfort. The infrastructure was designed to ensure 24/7 security, access control, and optimised maintenance, providing a modern, integrated working environment that meets the demands of contemporary life and enhances the user experience.
