VIVA Offices is a state-of-the-art office complex being built in Porto’s business district.
In the first phase, VIVA Offices will include a nine-story office tower. Each floor will have approximately 2,000 m², offering spacious balconies and a 360º panoramic view. The project will also feature more than 12,000 m² of gardens and green areas.
The complex was designed to meet the demand for office spaces where teams work in hybrid work arrangements and flexible schedules. The building will offer a modular organization, with co-working areas and ample outdoor spaces that can be used both as meeting rooms and social spaces.
For this innovative office building, A400 developed all specialty engineering projects, from structures to technical installations.
