From values to A400 culture
The HEROES are part of a broader vision of A400 culture and values, where people take a central role and where innovation, sustainability, and team development contribute to how the organization evolves.
More than creating a statement of principles, the goal was to establish a common reference for teams, departments, and different areas of expertise.
Because a culture is not built solely through what an organization claims. It is built on how people work together, share knowledge, respond to challenges, and take responsibility for their decisions.
A400 HEROES in action
The internal activation of the values began in March 2025, through various initiatives aimed at the teams, creating moments of reflection and engagement around the meaning of HEROES within the context of A400.
This process seeks to bring the values closer to the organization’s daily reality, making them part of the experience of those who work at A400 rather than just concepts present in institutional communication.
The six A400 HEROES values thus represent a common commitment to how we want to continue to evolve as a team and as an organization.
More than words, they are principles to be put into practice.
