Together with the developer, we define a sustainability roadmap from the earliest project stage, with clear targets for energy, water, emissions, operating costs and comfort. Our consulting establishes net-zero carbon pathways and guides the choice of the certification framework best suited to each development (LEED, BREEAM or WELL).
As sustainability consultants, we translate strategy into concrete solutions: high-performance envelopes, passive design, renewable energy, water efficiency, low-emission materials and acoustic criteria. We use energy simulation to support balanced decisions between capital cost and operating cost.
