A400’s journey has been marked by the completion of projects and works where our primary concern has been the rational, efficient, and sustainable use of resources, in order to ensure a better world.
The Verdelago Resort development is an example of this.
Verdelago, located between Praia Verde and Altura in the Algarve, is a sustainable luxury resort that stood out for its innovative and ecological construction.
This is the first tourist resort in the country to adopt Green Globe certification, one of the most demanding international sustainable tourism certifications, affiliated with the United Nations World Tourism Organization.
With direct access to Praia Verde, Verdelago Resort offers luxury apartments and townhouses, exclusive services, and wooden boardwalks.
The resort’s Club includes the “Salicórnia” restaurant with an open kitchen, two bars, an infinity pool, and an open market. The development also features a family support service and a central pool.
Naturally, this project has become a benchmark in sustainable construction, one in which we see ourselves reflected, having left our mark on the engineering projects.
We are very proud to share that the Verdelago development was recognized with two prestigious awards during the SIL-2024 Awards ceremony at FIL on May 2:
- Best Real Estate Development Award in the Tourism category;
- Best Innovation Project Award.
