At A400, you will participate in the development of HVAC, thermal behavior, and energy efficiency solutions, working in coordination with professionals from different specialties in a BIM environment.
This Junior Mechanical Design Engineer vacancy in Porto is intended for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in HVAC Mechanical Installation projects, who wish to deepen their technical skills and continue to evolve in a multidisciplinary context.
Your role at A400
- Participate in the development and design of HVAC Mechanical Installation projects;
- Support the development and sizing of technical solutions for the specialty;
- Participate in the preparation of thermal behavior projects and verification of REH and RECS, within the scope of the SCE;
- Develop and model solutions in a BIM environment;
- Work in coordination with other Engineering and Architecture specialties;
- Contribute to meeting technical requirements and project deadlines.
What we look for in you
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the development and design of HVAC Mechanical Installation projects;
- Experience in preparing thermal behavior projects and verification of REH and RECS, within the scope of the SCE;
- Experience in modeling with BIM software;
- Interest in the areas of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability;
- Sense of responsibility, organization, and commitment to project goals and deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Availability to travel.
