We define the fire safety strategy at concept stage, based on the building’s use, occupancy and architectural intent. We set the principles for evacuation, compartmentation, smoke control and fire service access, in line with the applicable regulations and the client’s objectives, so that safety guides the design instead of constraining it.
We develop the fire safety design for planning and construction, integrating passive and active measures: fire resistance, compartmentation, escape routes, detection and alarm, smoke control, emergency lighting and extinguishing systems.
